We are currently seeking experienced Automotive Detailers, Tinters, PPF Technicians, and dynamic Sales Professionals who are passionate about client care and vehicle health. Our ideal candidates go above and beyond to support both our clients and our team. They are detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Our sales professionals do more than sell—they educate. We value thoughtful communication that helps our clients choose the most effective and efficient solutions for their vehicle. This includes recommendations tailored to vehicle longevity, protection, maintenance needs, and the client’s personal goals and budget.

Duties Include:

• Review repair orders and complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly
• Hand wash vehicles and operate washing equipment
• Buff, polish, wax, and clean exteriors
• Vacuum, shampoo, and steam clean interiors for stain and salt removal
• Maintain interior cleanliness and detail standards
• Keep the workspace and shop areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with inventory and organization of cleaning supplies
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as needed
• Meet target delivery dates and timelines with precision

Requirements & Assets:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Prior detailing experience is an asset
• Bilingualism is an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Compensation & Position Details:

• Competitive hourly wage based on experience and performance
• Cash bonuses and commissions available for upsells, including transportation credits and other incentives
• Full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth
• Business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling within business hours; accrual of sick pay included
